Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team.
• Build relationships with students by providing motivation and guidance throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.

• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
