Job summary

You will assess service levels, response times, and how pricing and enrollment procedures are presented, then complete structured evaluation logs and share insights to close gaps and improve digital communications.

Qualifications

• Experience as ops support or product-related is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with inquiry channels (WhatsApp, live chat, and phone) to evaluate the end-to-end prospective student experience.
• Evaluate service, response times, and standard product information delivery across channels.
• Assess how consultation, pricing, and enrollment procedures are presented to prospective clients.
• Complete brief, structured evaluation forms and submit call/chat records after each interaction.
• Help identify service gaps and ensure digital communication aligns with standards.
