Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to manage approval and rejection of Privat potential students based on teacher availability, while overseeing early onboarding and scheduling requests.

You will handle CX and students from onboarding through to aftersales, collaborating with teacher associates to match students with suitable teachers. Strong communication, time management and KPI understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a customer associate or in an operational role is a strong plus.
• Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage approval / rejection of Ruangguru Privat potential students based on teachers availability.
• Handle CX and students from initial onboarding, ensuring students schedules & requests, and provide aftersales service.
• Collaborate closely with teacher associates to facilitate effective student–teacher matchmaking.
