Zusammenfassung

Ruangguru Privat is seeking a customer associate to manage approval/rejection of potential students based on teachers availability, handle customer experience and onboarding, ensure smooth scheduling requests, and provide aftersales support.

You will collaborate with teacher associates to facilitate effective student-teacher matchmaking, ensuring a positive and efficient journey for learners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a customer associate or in an operational role is a strong plus.
• Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
