Job summary

PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia TBK is seeking a market-focused sales professional to identify opportunities, qualify accounts, and drive broadband-related projects in Pangkalpinang and surrounding areas.

You will build distribution channels, lead a sales team, and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and government stakeholders, aiming to meet and surpass sales targets while expanding the company’s local footprint.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Skills include leadership, communication, sales/marketing and presentation.
• Familiar with Internet, Data Center, IP, Topology and VSAT.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Prefer good relations with telecom operators and government.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential and qualifying accounts.
• Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement project.
• Plan and achieve sales targets, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Establish distribution channels with key local clients.
• Build and lead an effective sales team.
