Job summary

PT Tera Logistic Indonesia is seeking a dynamic sales and project management professional to drive new business in the shipping and logistics sector. You will develop sales strategies, analyze client needs, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.

You will oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance to deliver on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships and delivering insights to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or business development in shipping/logistics/freight forwarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Analyze client needs, provide customized project proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.
• Ensure all sales projects comply with shipping industry standards, government regulations, and internal processes.
