Job summary

PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) in Medan is seeking a sales professional to manage end-to-end project-based logistics opportunities. You will prospect, understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, price, negotiate, and close deals.

You will identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers across Oil & Gas, Power, Energy & Mining sectors, coordinating with operations and engineering teams to ensure feasible, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably technical or engineering background.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics sales experience with project cargo exposure.
• Experience handling clients and projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Energy & Mining.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations, heavy lift and OOG cargo.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales for project-based logistics opportunities.
• Prospect, understand needs, develop solutions, price, negotiate, and close deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement for project delivery.
• Prepare commercial proposals and SLA drafts aligned with requirements.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast, and billing performance.
