You will introduce Expeditors and its services, build enduring client relationships, present solutions, coordinate with overseas offices, and help drive profitable growth while maintaining market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.
• 2+ years in sales/telemarketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry preferred.
• Marketing and PPT presentation skills essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop target list, initiate contact with potential customers.
• Introduce Expeditors and its services, build ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultative solutions.
• Understand client vision and align our products and services.
• Develop clear proposals/quotations for clients.
• Manage resolutions of customer complaints or problems.
• Coordinate sales with overseas offices, operations, service and accounting.
• Provide Business Review presentations to clients.
• Analyze market potential and client value for the organization.
• Create and implement quality objectives for the Sales Department.
• Support Health, Safety and Environment objectives daily.
