Job summary

ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its global operations and is looking for a Sales Engineer to cover Central Java. You will work with distributors and OEMs, apply technical knowledge of valves, and grow ARI’s market share in Indonesia.

You will take charge of prospecting, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in the Central Java territory. Regular CRM-based pipeline management, product training for clients, and reporting progress to the sales plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in valve sales or related industry preferred.
• Good English skills.
• Knowledge of Central Java market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
• Knowledge of distributor and OEM business is a plus.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Project management skills for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, sell, and close contracts profitably in Central Java.
• Agree specifications with clients for quotations and tenders.
• Achieve sales goals in the designated territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generate sales leads and process orders efficiently.
• Identify new markets and opportunities in Central Java.
• Maintain an order pipeline using a CRM system.
• Provide ARI product training and seminars to clients.
• Report progress against the sales plan.
