Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational education (SMA/SMK) or higher.
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical sales or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Domiciled in Gresik; local candidates preferred.
• Holds a valid car (SIM A) and/or motorcycle (SIM C) license.
• Outgoing and energetic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team and hit targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sell pipes, valves, and fittings to industrial customers, contractors, and end users.
• Understand customer needs, operating conditions, and requirements; recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features and differences clearly to customers.
• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing ones.
• Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance on stock, delivery, and billing.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge, market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales activity and target achievement reports.
