Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven expertise using RMS, OPERA PMS, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present strategies to senior management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maximize net room revenue by managing inventory and pricing across channels.
• Conduct competitive analysis and booking pace tracking to adjust rate strategies.
• Lead RMS tool configuration, daily operations, and data validation; ensure integration with OPERA PMS.
• Develop rate plans, promotions, and packages with Sales and Marketing.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings and contribute to budgets and marketing plans.
