Job summary

InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah in South Jakarta is seeking a strategic Revenue Manager to optimize commercial performance and yield management. The role involves data-driven pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory controls across all channels while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Front Office to protect profitability.

You will lead a team, develop top-line strategies, and report insights to the Director of Revenue, driving market share and RevPAR growth for a flagship

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management in luxury city hotels or premium brands.
• Advanced skills in data interpretation, RMS, Excel modeling, demand forecasting and budgeting.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asian market dynamics and luxury bookings.
• Proficiency with PMS, GDS, OTA extranets, RMS, and rate parity tools.
• Excellent English communication for executive level discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement top-line revenue strategies and plans.
• Create pricing, inventory controls and promotions across channels.
• Produce monthly forecasts and market trend analyses.
• Maintain distribution parity and channel integrity (IDS/GDS/CRO/PMS).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Reservations to maximize revenue.
• Mentor and develop the revenue and reservations team.
• Provide commercial insights and performance summaries to leadership.
