You will guide pricing strategy for transient, corporate and group segments and work closely with hotel leadership. The ideal candidate has deep revenue management experience in hospitality, strong leadership and excellent communication skills to align property

Qualifikationen

• 2-year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hotel Mgmt or related field preferred.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in related major required or with no work experience acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Oversees revenue management activities and teams within area of purview.
• Balance financial objectives of lodging products to maximize revenue and profit.
• Lead pricing, positioning and inventory decisions for hotels in scope.
• Develops and communicates sales strategy for pricing to stakeholders.
• Identify revenue opportunities and communicate strategy to General Managers, sales leaders and owners.
