Qualifications

• Experience with RMS tools like IDeaS or Duetto.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
• Optimize room pricing across all distribution channels (OTA, direct, corporate).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue performance reports.
• Train property-level revenue teams on best practices and tools.
