Job summary

Global Expat Recruiting represents a 5* International Chain Resort with +/- 100 rooms and 4 F&B outlets in Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. The role reports to the General Manager and is open to Indonesian nationals only.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Revenue Management, strong knowledge of pricing, yield, distribution channels (OTA, GDS, direct), and a proven ability to forecast and report revenue performance. Leadership, analytics, and hands-on operation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5* & leisure resort experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management.
• Overseas experience is a preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue strategy, pricing, yield and inventory management.
• Good understanding of hotel distribution channels, OTA, GDS and direct booking channels.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, revenue analysis and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of Reservations operations and room inventory.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Able to train, motivate and develop the team.
• Strong focus on maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
• Works well under pressure, takes initiative, is independent.
• Strategic, proactive and results oriented.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate.

Profile

• 5* & leisure resort experience
