Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field; master's or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with financial objectives.
• Analyze competitive landscape, market dynamics and consumer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and revenue targets across segments.
• Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets and revenue projections using historical data and analytics.
• Lead and mentor the revenue management team to foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee RMS, PMS and CRS implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing with campaigns and positioning.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Present revenue performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
