Job summary

PT. Graha Megaria Raya in Bali seeks a General Affairs Supervisor to lead the purchasing function for our luxury hotel operations. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring procurement policies are followed.

The role covers fixed assets, stock opname, budget monitoring, and reporting on purchases, delays, and damages. Fluent English and a Diploma or Bachelor's in Tourism & Hospitality Management are preferred, with at least 1 year in a similar

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
• At least 1 year of experience as Purchasing Supervisor or similar role at a 5-star hotel.
• Ability to speak at least one foreign language, English minimum.
• Understanding of 5-star hotel procurement SOPs, contracts, SLAs, and vendor compliance.
• Knowledge of linen quality standards and professional laundry processes.
• Proficient in inventory systems, stock control, and budgeting principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, assess knowledge, skills, quality and behavior.
• Coach staff, enforce discipline, and provide ongoing training.
• Empower staff by reviewing performance and promoting accountability.
• Oversee purchasing: selecting, evaluating, auditing, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Analyze procurement needs in line with policies and procedures.
• Manage fixed assets with stock opname, tagging, and reporting on purchases and budget.
