Job summary

Bnbprofits: Penyewaan Vila di Bali, a Bali-based villa rental and property management company, is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with property owners in Bali and ensure their needs are met. You will work with internal teams to deliver services, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide regular updates on project status and property conditions.

Fluent English is required; Russian proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year fostering client relationships, ideally in hospitality, service providers, or villa management.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication; Russian proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and property management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Act as main point of contact between owners and the company.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager to develop account plans and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with owners.
• Provide regular updates on project status and property conditions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
