Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related fields.
Strong sales, communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with ability to generate leads, build relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell villa and apartment units to prospective buyers, including local and international clients.
Develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, agents, events and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, existing clients, property agents, business partners and networks.
Deliver professional property presentations, site visits, product showcases, and client meetings.
