Zusammenfassung

Bobobox AB is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with key hotel partners and expand Bobobox's presence across strategic locations. The role requires nurturing existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of business development experience in hospitality, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a data-driven, high-energy

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 4 years of professional Business Development experience in hotels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
High-energy, data-centric, with strong business acumen.
Willingness to travel frequently; Bandung-based.

Aufgaben

Act as primary contact for existing partners, fostering strong relationships.
Regularly engage with partners to understand needs and identify collaboration opportunities.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with Bobobox objectives.
Develop strategies to retain partners and strengthen loyalty.
Identify and engage new partners to support business growth.
Collaborate with Site Planning, Revenue, and Business Analytics to align goals.
