Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a guest-facing Housekeeping/Front Office associate to greet guests, confirm reservations in the PMS, and verify guest IDs. You will lead cleanliness at the Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas) and ensure cleaning kit stock and trolley readiness.

You must be neat, well groomed, and willing to work shifts and outside regular hours. Experience in hotel/resort housekeeping or front office is preferred, with a minimum of one year in a related role.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in housekeeping/front office at a hotel or resort.
• Willing to work on shift schedule.
• Willing to work outside normal hours for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ask about their reservation in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system.
• Ask for the guest's ID card and ensure the registration form is filled correctly.
• Carry out duties as instructed by Cabin Branch leadership.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolley is loaded.
