Job summary

EY is seeking a procurement professional to manage non-routine requests across IT, office equipment, talent, marketing and more, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.

You will supervise the procurement team, review contracts with the Global Compliance Office, coordinate with overseas vendors, and prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts for finance.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong analytical and negotiation skills will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business administration, supply chain, finance, or industrial engineering).
• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and supplier management.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage overseas vendor procurement.

Responsibilities

• Process non-routine procurement requests across multiple categories.
• Monitor requests, review reports, and resolve outstanding items.
• Supervise procurement team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review outstanding POs and take follow-up actions.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Global Compliance Office.
• Approve shopping cart transactions in SAP (Mercury) as buyer.
• Ensure requests align with risk management regulations.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for projects.
• Track progress of projects such as renovations.
