You will conduct field surveys and analyze industry trends, monitor competitor strategies, and translate findings into structured reports for Regional General Managers and the Head of Sales, enabling informed planning and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors that may impact business performance and identify their implications for the organization.
• Conduct field surveys and market exploration to gather insights from relevant stakeholders, including RO Owners, customers, sales teams, and other business partners, to understand market conditions, customer needs, and business challenges.
• Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, offerings, campaigns, pricing, and go-to-market approaches, including benchmarking against internal products and market competitors.
• Develop a strong understanding of internal and competitor products, including product features, value propositions, pricing, and market positioning, to support comparative analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify emerging market needs, customer behavior, industry trends, and potential business opportunities through both field research and analysis of internal and external data.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources, combining quantitative data with field insights to generate meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Translate survey findings and market analysis into structured strategic reports and business recommendations for management, particularly for Regional General Managers (RGH) and Head of Sales (HOS).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support annual business planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to validate findings, understand market dynamics, and ensure that recommendations are relevant to business needs.
