Responsibilities

• End-to-end enterprise account ownership: relationship management, revenue growth, retention.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, and new solutions) within enterprise accounts.
• Primary point of contact for enterprise customers with clear communication and expectation management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Solution, Product, Delivery, Finance, Operations) to deliver integrated and customer-centric solutions.
