You will analyze market trends, conduct field surveys, monitor competitors, translate findings into strategic reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform planning and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and macro factors impacting performance.
• Conduct field surveys and market exploration with RO Owners, customers, sales teams to understand market conditions and needs.
• Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, offerings, campaigns, pricing, and go-to-market approaches including benchmarking against internal products and market competitors.
• Develop understanding of internal and competitor products, features, value propositions, pricing, and market positioning for comparative analysis.
• Identify emerging market needs, customer behavior, industry trends, and opportunities through field research and data analysis.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources, combining quantitative data with field insights to generate actionable recommendations.
• Translate survey findings and market analysis into structured strategic reports and recommendations for management, especially for Regional General Managers (RGH) and Head of Sales (HOS).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support annual business planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to validate findings and ensure recommendations meet business needs.
