Job summary

Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. is seeking a Mid-Senior Key Account Manager for our Marine segment in Samarinda. You will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, understand their challenges, and promote our marine coatings portfolio.

The role demands at least 5 years in direct and indirect sales, fluency in English, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM. Mandarin would be a plus; you will drive revenue and meet quarterly quotas while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field (Marine/Chemicals is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in direct & indirect sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong work ethics.
