Job summary

Hempel seeks a Key Account Manager for its Marine segment in Indonesia. You will build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts, identify growth opportunities, and present our coating solutions to energy clients. You will manage a revenue portfolio, meet sales quotas, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in sales, fluency in English, and strong communication and organizational skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field; Marine/Chemicals is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of direct and indirect sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
