Job summary

PT Repex Wahana in Jakarta is seeking a Business Consultant for Distribution & Contract Logistics to drive new business in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics. The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, management, or related fields, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

You will develop sales plans, conduct joint calls, visits, and reports to monitor pipeline and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics.
Excellent presentation, communication, and business negotiation skills.
Familiar with CRM tools and developing pipeline/forecast.
Understand clearance processes, shipping SLAs, incoterms, and customs documentation needs.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics segments.
Develop strategic approaches and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct joint sales calls, courtesy calls, customer visits, and relationship activities to maintain loyalty.
Handle customer complaints and propose improvement solutions.
Provide regular pipeline, visit results, and opportunity reports for monitoring.
