Thamrin Group in Palembang seeks a seasoned Training & Development Manager to lead the Learning & Development function, shaping strategy, capability development, and training effectiveness across the organization. You will work with HR leadership, department heads, trainers, SMEs, and external providers to close competency gaps, design programs, measure ROI, and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Management, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development or HR, with 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Must hold Master Trainer Level 6 certification or equivalent.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, Green Belt required.
• Strong experience in training strategy, TNA, program development, stakeholder management, and measurement.

• Develop and execute Learning & Development strategies and annual learning plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end learning process: TNA, program design, delivery, assessment, evaluation, and ROI measurement.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and progress to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal trainers, SMEs, and external providers; grow internal trainer pool.
