Job summary

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will guide a team of instructors through the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis and design to delivery and evaluation—developing competency-based programs and digital learning projects aligned with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in management, psychology, HR, education, or related fields.
• Professional certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate learning.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in training lifecycle.
• Experience in HR consulting or corporate learning environments is preferred.
• Strong ADDIE, TNA, competency management, learning evaluation, and knowledge management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Design and develop competency, performance, and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate LMS implementation and digital learning initiatives.
• Design organizational culture programs to strengthen values and engagement.
• Manage collaboration with educational institutions and external partners while ensuring quality.
• Develop knowledge management and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Supervise learning instructors to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness with measurable indicators.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
