Job summary

MatchaTalent in Jakarta invites a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will oversee instructors, manage the full learning lifecycle, and partner with business leaders to ensure programs align with priorities, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, HR, education, or related field.
• Professional certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Learning & Development or corporate learning.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing the full training lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE.
• Design and develop competency and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation.
• Develop organizational culture programs to strengthen engagement.
• Manage collaborations with educational partners while ensuring quality.
• Develop knowledge management initiatives for learning.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Supervise and coach instructors for effective delivery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align learning with priorities.
