Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator in Jakarta to lead the design, development, and delivery of strategic learning initiatives that elevate employee capability and leadership readiness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Education, or related fields.
• Professional certification in Training & Development or Learning & Development is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Corporate Learning functions.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in HR consulting or corporate learning is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in instructional design and leadership development.
• Proficient with ADDIE methodology throughout the process.
• Solid understanding of TNA, Competency Management, Learning Evaluation, Knowledge Management.
• Experience managing LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Proven project and people management capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills; strong business English; stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation.
• Design and develop competency, performance, and leadership programs.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation.
• Design and execute organizational culture internalization programs.
• Manage collaboration with educational institutions and external partners.
• Develop knowledge management initiatives to support learning.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Supervise and coach learning instructors for delivery quality.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning with priorities.
