Job summary

MatchaTalent's Jakarta client seeks a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to drive strategic learning initiatives that boost employee capability and leadership readiness.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will lead a team of instructors, manage the full training lifecycle, design competency and leadership programs, and coordinate digital learning projects and LMS implementations to meet business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Education, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Learning.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing the training lifecycle.
• Experience applying ADDIE methodology throughout the learning development process.
• Strong skills in instructional design, leadership development, competency development and knowledge management.
• Professional proficiency in English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Design and develop competency development, performance improvement, and leadership development programs aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, and instructor capability development.
• Design and execute organizational culture internalization programs to strengthen engagement and values.
• Manage collaboration programs with educational institutions and external learning partners while ensuring quality standards.
• Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives to support organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline programs.
• Supervise and coach a team of learning instructors for effective program delivery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate learning effectiveness through KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with priorities.
