Golden Agri Resources seeks a seasoned Learning & Development Leader to drive development programs in Indonesia. You will analyze business needs, design curricula, and implement offline and online training to strengthen competencies across teams.

You will partner with HRBP and internal/external trainers, prepare training catalogs and budgets, monitor effectiveness, and build a scalable development plan aligned with the company's palm oil operations.

Qualifikationen

• Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
• Experience in L&D for 7-8 years.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience involved in needs analysis and translating to training/development programs.
• Experience mapping competency development to employee development programs.
• Experience preparing training budgets and reporting budget realization to management.

Aufgaben

• Analyze development needs that align with business objectives and individual needs to develop competencies.
• Develop curriculum tailored to business needs and individual development.
• Create, implement, and improve training content for offline and online formats.
• Prepare catalogs, calendars, and training publications.
• Become a trainer or facilitator for soft skills training.
• Evaluate and report on training effectiveness.
• Documentation and maintain training data in the system.
• Build network with internal and external trainers to support training.
• Prepare training budget plans and monitor utilization.
• Partner with HRBP to ensure employee development aligns with plan.
