Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that boost employee capability, leadership readiness, and performance.

Reporting to the Learning Center Manager, you will oversee a team of instructors, manage the full learning lifecycle, and collaborate with business leaders to align programs with priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, HR, education, or related field.
• Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design is a plus.
• 3–5 years in L&D/Corporate Learning functions.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Design competency, performance, and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation.
• Develop culture programs to strengthen engagement and values.
• Collaborate with educational partners to ensure quality standards.
