Job summary

ZAP Group is seeking a Training Executive - Learning & Development to drive impactful learning programs for our people.

You will plan and coordinate training across the group, develop materials, monitor participation, and report insights to HR and business teams. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, with 3–5 years in L&D and willingness to work full-time at the ZAP Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or a related role
• Experience in designing and coordinating training programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training activities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in the beauty, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs for employees across ZAP Group
• Develop and organize training materials, modules, and learning activities based on business and employee needs
• Coordinate training schedules, trainers, participants, venues, and other operational requirements
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and employee participation
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports and insights
• Support the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding, product/service training, soft skills, and competency development
• Maintain accurate training records and L&D documentation
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify training needs and development opportunities
