Job summary

Lion Parcel is seeking a Service Learning & Development Supervisor to design and deliver training programs, including induction, upskilling, product knowledge, and refreshers. The role emphasizes knowledge sharing and capacity building across customer care and partner teams.

You will manage learning materials, facilitate sessions online and offline, engage with partners to uphold standards, and monitor program effectiveness with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or training roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in training design and delivery.
• Familiar with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; LMS is a plus.
• Experience in training for customer care and partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs (induction, upskilling, product knowledge, refreshment).
• Manage and curate learning materials to support knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and FGDs (online & offline).
• Engage with partners to ensure operational standards are well implemented.
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
