Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources, a leading global seed-to-shelf agribusiness, is seeking an experienced L&D professional to develop and implement corporate training programs in Jakarta. The role focuses on needs analysis, curriculum design, and delivering impactful development initiatives across the organization.

You will lead training development, manage budgets, and partner with Talent Management and HRBP to drive employee growth in line with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in L&D field for 7-8 years.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience involved in the development needs analysis process to design training/solutions.
• Experience mapping competency development to employee development programs.
• Experience preparing training budgets, monitoring, and reporting budget realization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs tailored to business objectives and individual needs.
• Develop curricula and training content for offline and online programs.
• Prepare catalogs, calendars and training publications.
• Serve as trainer/facilitator for soft skills training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results.
• Maintain training data in the system and build networks with internal and external trainers.
• Prepare training budget plans and monitor usage.
• Partner with talent management and HRBP to align employee development with plan.
