Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, education, or business administration.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a significant plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience conducting organizational, operational, and individual gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training needs analyses for individuals across the organization.
• Develop, deliver, and review training programs, curriculum, and learning materials.
• Lead induction programs and materials development with business partners.
• Analyze, design, write, review, and evaluate training content and materials.
• Document and update training records comprehensively.
• Lead development and delivery of targeted L&D programs for talent development.
• Coordinate delivery of programs using internal and external trainers.
• Organize and set up training programs and events as required.
• Build relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
• Deliver training on topics previously trained as a trainer.
