Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a senior L&D professional to design and implement development programs at Corporate Functions. You will analyze business needs and tailor curricula, deliver offline and online training, and manage training catalogs, calendars and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major from a reputable university.
• Experience in L&D for 7-8 years.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in needs analysis from users to training solutions.
• Experience mapping competency development to employee development programs.
• Experience in preparing training budgets and reporting budget realization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs tailored to business objectives to develop competencies.
• Develop curricula tailored to business needs and individual development.
• Create and improve training content for offline and online delivery.
• Prepare catalogs, calendars and training publications.
• Serve as trainer or facilitator for soft skills training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results.
• Maintain training data in the system and ensure documentation.
• Build networks with internal and external trainers to support implementation.
• Prepare training budget plans and monitor usage.
