Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks a seasoned Learning & Development Leader to drive development programs in Indonesia. You will analyze business needs, design curricula, and implement offline and online training to strengthen competencies across teams.

You will partner with HRBP and internal/external trainers, prepare training catalogs and budgets, monitor effectiveness, and build a scalable development plan aligned with the company's palm oil operations.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
• Experience in L&D for 7-8 years.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience involved in needs analysis and translating to training/development programs.
• Experience mapping competency development to employee development programs.
• Experience preparing training budgets and reporting budget realization to management.

Job Requirement

• Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the previous company (Supporting units: Finance, Audit, Procurement, etc.).
