Job summary

Java.Co Indonesia is seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs at the Tangerang office. You will identify skill gaps, develop engaging learning experiences, and partner with leadership to align L&D with business goals.

This leadership role requires a Master's degree and at least 6 years in L&D with 2 years in management, plus strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering various training methodologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training needs and develop strategic L&D plans.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Manage the L&D budget and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development throughout the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
