Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in B2B Key Account Management in heavy industries.
• Strong network in Marine, Mining, and Plantation sectors and a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate relationships with top-tier existing clients to ensure high retention and long-term value.
• Drive account growth through consultative selling and strategic win-back initiatives.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with Key Customers, Strategic Partners, and Principals.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate needs and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide tailor-made pricing structures and compelling presentations of products and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets by expanding key accounts and portfolios.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams for exceptional client experiences.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report progress to senior management.
