Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a results-driven Product Sales professional to grow our IT Outsourcing and IT Factory business within the banking and financial services sector.

You will act as a strategic advisor to customers, addressing technology resource needs, application development, modernization, managed services, and IT operations, while aiming to meet revenue, gross profit, and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise IT sales.
• Minimum three years of experience managing banking or financial services accounts.
• Established relationships within banks or financial institutions are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Identify and convert opportunities for IT Outsourcing and IT Factory services in banking accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit, and pipeline targets through disciplined sales execution.
• Present and position solutions including resources, application development, digital banking, API development, system integration, and DevSecOps services.
• Develop cross-selling opportunities across IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, and IT Factory Services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and delivery models.
• Monitor industry trends to identify modernization opportunities.
