Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) is seeking a Business Consultant to identify new business opportunities and tailor IT solutions for clients. The role emphasizes client relationships, presentation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.

We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Strong English communication skills are required for engaging with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development are welcome.
• Strong motivation and target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building strong relationships.
• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Present and explain IT solutions, products, and services to clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Consistently pursue and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical, presales, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
