PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B IT solutions sales in Indonesia. You will manage existing enterprise relationships, acquire new accounts, and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to close complex deals.

Hybrid work arrangement in Central Jakarta, reporting to C-level leadership, with a strong focus on revenue growth and strategic account management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across accounts.
• Acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to closing, with forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor solutions.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with C-level stakeholders.
