Zusammenfassung

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth within the Banking & Financial Services industry. You will develop strategic customer relationships, identify IT Outsourcing and IT Factory opportunities, and sell IT Professional Services, Dedicated Resources, and Managed Services to enterprise banking clients.

As a successful candidate, you will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, drive revenue and pipeline

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT enterprise sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Banking/Financial Services accounts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing enterprise accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Aufgaben

Develop strategic customer relationships and identify IT Outsourcing and IT Factory opportunities.
Sell IT Professional Services, Dedicated Resources, and Managed Services to enterprise banking clients.
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Build and maintain account plans and penetration strategies; achieve revenue, gross profit, and sales pipeline targets.
