Job summary

Atreus Global Limited in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and secure new IT outsourcing, staffing, and services opportunities. You will research markets, approach key stakeholders, and translate client needs into tailored IT solutions.

The role requires strong B2B sales skills, a solid network with decision-makers, and the ability to drive end-to-end deals in a target-driven environment. Jakarta-based with a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Prefer IT Outsourcing, IT Staffing, IT Services, Software, System Integrator, or Technology Consulting.
• Established network with HR, IT, Procurement, or Business decision-makers is a plus.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT outsourcing, staffing and services.
• Conduct market research and prospect potential clients across industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, IT, procurement, digital, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively approach prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Translate client requirements into IT resource/service solutions and deliver proposals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and forecasting.
• Aim to meet monthly and quarterly revenue, new client, and sales targets.
• Develop existing accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
