Job summary

PT IOL Indonesia, part of the TIC ecosystem, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic HR, ensure labor compliance, and recruit technical talent for oil & gas and high-hazard labs. You will partner with global/regional HQ while servicing local business units.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR, with 3–5 years in management, and strong knowledge of ISO standards and labor codes. Proficiency with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi) preferred.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in TIC, Oil & Gas, or high-hazard labs.
• Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations with global/regional HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational HR functions to support local business units.
• Manage end-to-end talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with national labor regulations, contracts, benefits, and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
• Advise management on organizational design, change management, and industrial relations (unions where applicable).
• Optimize HRIS usage (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) for reporting, evaluations, and KPI tracking.
