The role requires Bachelor's degree, 15+ years HR experience including 5 years as HR IR Manager, strong English and Indonesian communication, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with labor laws is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive HR strategy for PT Indo Liberty Textiles and ensure effective HR practices
• Manage performance management, recruitment of staff & workmen, employee relations, training & development
• Oversee compensation and benefits, and HR compliance
• Build organizational culture and motivate workforce through HR systems
• Liaise with government, unions, and other stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory updates
